How's it going?

Hi! I’m Nina

A Melbourne-based designer creating considered Squarespace websites that help small businesses show up with clarity, confidence and credibility.

I believe good design should bring clarity, not add noise.

I work with business owners who want a website that feels polished, credible and easy to use, without the overwhelm of figuring it all out alone.

WHAT GUIDES MY WORK

  • I understand how overwhelming it can be to pull together content, images and decisions for a website, so I try to make the process feel more manageable.

    01

  • I design websites with structure, intention, and a clear understanding of how people move through a page.

    02

  • My process is calm, structured and collaborative, so you know what is happening at each stage.

    03

  • I guide clients sort through their ideas, shape their content and create websites that feel clear, considered and professional.

    04

  • I work best with businesses that want a clear, considered online presence. Something that feels aligned, easy to use and built with intention.

With experience across website design, packaging, editorial and digital design, I bring a practical eye for layout, hierarchy, usability and detail to every project.

Many small business owners come to the website process with scattered notes, half-written copy and a sense that their current site no longer reflects the quality of their work. My role is to help bring those pieces together into something clear, cohesive and useful.

The goal is not just a website that looks good. It is a website that helps people understand your business, trust what you offer and feel ready to take the next step.

My Process

01

Discovery

I learned about you and your project through your enquiry. You'll share your project details, where you're at, and what you're hoping to achieve — this helps me figure out whether we're the right fit for each other.

02

Plan, prep & design

Once you've booked in, I'll send you a brand and content questionnaire. Your answers shape everything: the site structure, the design direction, and a clear list of what needs to be ready before I start. I'll map out a timeline so we both know exactly what's happening and when.

03

Feedback & refinement

I start by sharing the homepage design for your review while I keep building the rest of the site. Once the full draft is ready, you'll have a few days to drop all your feedback into a shared Doc, and I'll refine from there. No back-and-forth overwhelm, just a clear and focused revision process.

04

Wrap-up & launch

I'll tie up any loose ends—testing functionality, connecting third-party integrations if needed, and running through the launch checklist. I'll then hand it over to you for a final check on your end, and once you've signed off, we launch.🎊

  • I’m not naturally someone who wants to be everywhere online all the time. I prefer to keep parts of my life private, especially how easy it is nowadays for your personal information to be gathered and taken with just a few clicks.

But I also understand that showing up online helps people find, understand and trust your work, so I’m interested in doing that in a way that feels true to me and mentally manageable.

  • I’m drawn to design that feels calm, considered and easy to understand. Not overly loud, not trying too hard, but still thoughtful, polished and purposeful.

  • I work quietly and intentionally. I like clear steps, thoughtful decisions and giving clients a process that feels steady rather than rushed or overwhelming.

  • A good website should help people understand who you are, what you offer and why they can trust you. It should make things feel clearer, not more complicated.

  • I enjoy working with people who care and understand their goals for the business. They don’t necessarily want to be loud or flashy, but something professional, clear and well put together, but still grounded and true to them.

  • As a Vietnamese living in Melbourne has shaped the way I notice detail, culture, communication and different ways of doing business. I embrace designs that feel practical, thoughtful, and personal, rather than what’s trending.

  • Well, a lot to be honest.

But the short answer, I choose to embrace the positive side of it. I consider the agent as an assistant who helps lighten my workload and streamline my process.

For example, as a website designer, I can understand coding better and faster within seconds/minutes, not hours on multiple websites searching for the one answer.

    • Living in Melbourne has eventually turned me into a coffee ‘snob’, or my much preferred version – ‘know what I want in my cup of coffee.’ Haha!

    • I’m an ISFJ-T (Defender)

    • I’d like to experiment with simplifying familiar recipes. I want to see how far I can go without completely changing the flavour profile.

    • Bún Bò Huế is my all-time favourite comfort food. To me, it’s much better than the overrated Phở ;]
